New Mobile Deposit Endorsement Requirements
As of September 7, 2018, we will be requiring a new endorsement on all checks deposited through the Mobile Deposit feature of the Mobile Community.
Personal Mobile Deposit Customers
We are now asking that all personal customers write "For Mobile Deposit at Community Bank & Trust only" followed by the signature of all payees.
Commercial Mobile Deposit Customers
We are now asking that all commercial customers write "For Mobile Deposit at Community Bank & Trust only to #xxxx1234 (last four digits of account number)", and then the signature of all payees.
Why are Mobile Deposit endorsements changing?
We have implemented this change to protect your deposit to ensure that it's not accidentally presented for deposit in person at CB&T or at another bank when it has already been deposited via the mobile app.
