Can I call someone in Customer Service?
Our Contact Center is available at 254-753-1521 to answer all your banking questions. Give us a call Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and on Fridays from 8:30 am until 6 pm.

I lost my debit card. What do I do?
If it is during business hours, give us a call at 254-753-1521 and we will assist you. If it is after business hours, call our card center at (800) 754-4128.
Our Contact Center can order you a replacement card. If you urgently need a new debit card, we can issue a Start Card that you can use until you receive your permanent replacement debit card. Call us at 254-753-1521 to find out more.

How do I activate my debit card?
You can activate your debit card at any CB&T ATM location (using your PIN), or call 877-205-0871.

What should I do if I suspect there has been fraudulent activity on my account?
Contact us at 254-753-1521 immediately if you believe there has been fraudulent activity on your account, including if you believe that your debit card number, PIN, online banking credentials have been used without your permission.

How can I download the CB&T mobile banking app?
You can download the Mobile Community app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

How can I enroll in E-Statements?
You can enroll in e-statements from within the Mobile Community. Simply select the "Statements" tab from the menu. Choose the accounts you wish to receive eStatements for and change the deliver method to "E-Statement."

How can I place a stop payment on a check I've written?
You can submit a stop payment through the Mobile Community, by logging in to your account and then select "Stop Payments" from the "Other Services" menu. You can also call us at 254-753-1521 and we can submit a stop payment for you.
Please note, there is a $25.00 fee per stopped check request. All stop payment requests expire after six months.

How do I update my address?
You can submit an address change from within the Mobile Community, by selecting "Update Contact Info" from the "Settings" menu. You can also call us at 254-753-1521 to change your address.

How do I reset my Mobile Community password?
If you have forgotten your password you can select "Forgot Password?" from the login popup box. You can also update your password from within the Mobile Community by selecting "Security Preferences" from the "Settings" menu. If you need assistance, give us a call at 254-753-1521 and we will be happy to help you.
