We've upgraded our online and mobile banking system as part of our ongoing effort to provide you with state-of-the-art banking functionality, convenience, and security. Our new digital banking experience offers robust banking functionality on all your devices (desktop computer, tablet, and smartphones), and will enable you to bank anytime, anywhere like never before.
The online and mobile banking platform adjusts to the unique needs of each device. For example, on tablets and smartphones, you'll experience the same look and feel as if you were on a desktop computer, but the navigation menu is hidden by default. When you need it, you can tap or swipe to display it.
Getting Started with Mobile Banking
Once the app is installed, log in like you would on a desktop computer, using that same login ID and password. Please note that you will be asked to enter a secure access code to log in to the app, but you'll always have the option to register your device to avoid inputting the access code on future visits. After logging in, you're ready to explore any of our great digital banking features.
When you log in, the Account Dashboard page appears. This page will include an overview of all your CB&T accounts of which you are an authorized signer. These listings will provide you with the available and current balance for each account, and you have the ability to tap on any of these accounts to see the complete account summary. You can change the order in which your accounts appear by dragging and dropping them into your desired order, and you can even create new account groups by dragging an account into the inbox icon that will appear in the bottom right of your screen.
While the look and feel of our mobile banking has changed, your favorite features have not. Consumer users still have the ability to deposit a check using the Mobile Community app, and now Commercial users can use this great feature too! Business Customers - give us a call at 753-1521 to get started with Mobile Deposit!
To make a deposit, select "Make a Deposit" from the main navigation menu on a tablet or mobile device.
Endorsements: Be sure to endorse your check before making your Mobile Deposit. The endorsement should state "For mobile deposit at Community Bank & Trust only," followed by the signature of all payees.
Deposits will be made available:
- The next business day if deposited before 4 p.m. Monday - Friday (excluding holidays); or
- In two business days if deposited after 4 p.m. Monday - Friday or if made anytime on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday.
Now you can use the "Send Money" feature to send money to anyone! Send money to any of your friends, anywhere in the world.
How it works
Just input your debit card information, then input the information of your intended recipient (either their cell phone number or email address). Your recipient will receive either a text or an email with a link to accept and retrieve the funds! All the recipient has to do is input his or her own debit card or bank account information to accept the funds.
How long does the process take? If the recipient chooses to accept the funds through their debit card, then they will receive the funds immediately! If they choose to send the funds to their bank account, then the transfer could take up to two business days to process.
Please note: the P2P transfers occur using your debit card, so P2P transfers will count toward your $500 daily debit card limit.
With the Account Linking feature, you have a personal finance manager that is available to all online and mobile banking users! Simply login into your online banking from any device, and you can begin piecing your financial picture together directly from the "Account Overview" page.

How to get started
Step One: Link your accounts. Your CB&T accounts will already be displayed on the "Account Overview" screen upon login, but click "Link Account" to link an account from another bank, a credit card, investment, loan, or asset!
Step Two: Categorize your spending. Click on any account (CB&T or external) to view your transactions. You'll see that there is a colored icon next to each transaction. This icon signifies that transaction's category. CB&T's online banking will attempt to put transactions into categories for you, but it may make a mistake. Click on an individual transaction to adjust the categories, or even split a transaction into more than one purchase category.
Step Three: Create a budget. Once your spending has been categorized, you can visit the "Budget" tab seen at the top of the "Account Overview" page. This page will track your spending by category, and you can then create your own individualized budgeting goals.
Simplify your life with CB&T's bill pay that allows you to pay all your bills directly from your checking account within your online or mobile banking platform.
Once you've logged into your account from any device, select "Bill Payments" from the main navigation menu. You will then be asked to verify your information, and then click "enroll." You will receive an email within one business day to confirm your enrollment, and then you'll be ready to get started!
