Option 24 - Voice Banking

Use Option 24, our voice banking platform, to access your account and balance information over the phone! 

For your first time calling the new Option 24 Voice Banking system, you will need to change your four-digit PIN. Your temporary PIN will be the last four-digits of your Social Security Number. 

Get your account number ready, and follow these simple steps for calling voice banking for the first time: 

1. Dial 254-752-2407 from a touch tone phone
2. When you hear the voice message begin, you can Press 1 for English or Press 2 for Spanish
3. Next you will hear: "If you are calling from a touch tone phone..." - Press 1
4. Next you will be given the main menu options - You can Press 3
5. You will be asked to enter one of your account numbers, followed by the "#" sign
6. You will then be asked to Press 1 if that account number is a checking account, or Press 2 if that account number is a savings account
7. You will then enter your current four-digit PIN, followed by the "#" sign (Your temporary PIN is the last four-digits of your Social Security Number)
8. Then, choose a new four-digit PIN, followed by the "#" sign
9. The system will then tell you if the new four-digit PIN was accepted. If so, you will be taken back to the main menu where you can check your balances and more.
